Office stress is one of the last things that you want. No matter how great you think your life may be, unfortunately there are always ups and downs that are unavoidable. It may be family problems, health problems, relationship problems, social problems or even sexual problems but lets keep this one on the down low. Everything just leads to having more stress which is unhealthy for you. Although we remember from our childhood knowledge when growing up that “money is the root of all evil,” I found out that with money it can solve a lot of problems that we encounter in our life. With money, I can afford to go to the gym, help out with family, actually buy something for my girlfriend that is worth more than 5 dollars, and afford a nice dinner that is not a fast food restaurant.
The reason why office stress is one of the last thing we want is because its our money making source, if we stress out on what helps us most in supporting everything that we have, it will just make things worse than it already is. It doesn’t even necessary have to be an office job, just a 9 to 5 job that we deal with everyday that we stress about. I emphasize office stress because it’s the environment that I experience myself on an everyday basis and hope those that go through what I go through can use some of the information and techniques I used to lower the stress level that I learned to do.
So what you will find here are techniques to reduce your stress as well as increase peace of mind. The most important thing is your health. You can have a lot of money, but if you don’t have your health, then it’s pointless. Most people will spend the majority of the first part of their life chasing money while neglecting their health and the second part of their life spending all their money to save their health. You must make your health the number one priority. How much is your health worth? More than any job can pay you. Too many people spend far too much time abusing their mind and body over things that won’t matter in the end.
In later posts, I will also be discussing about things that can help reduce your stress while you are at work. We will spend a huge chunk of our time working. Because of this, the best way to handle office stress is to find something that you love to do. That is the ultimate cure.
